Could all Diamonds clients please be aware that we are introducing a new policy that before any bookings can be made by SMS (text message) we will ask for you to CALL once and then save your number as "(name) Text Books" and from then on it will be fine to book by text message.
Please also be aware that Text Messages cannot always be dealt with in "Real Time" as the line can be extremely busy at times and whilst we will endevour to deal with text messages as quickly as possible it is not always possible to do so. For this reason we would always recommend that Ringing is a far better way to get the availability you require.
Our friendly and helpful call handlers will be pleased to assist you in any way they can.
